operational principle

By utilizing the differences in adsorption performance of nitrogen and oxygen in the air on zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS) due to different pressures, selective adsorption is carried out for oxygen nitrogen separation, adsorption of nitrogen and other impurities, and generation of oxygen.

Similar to the nitrogen production process of air pressure swing adsorption separation, compressed air with a certain pressure (0.3Mpa -0.55MPa) is removed from oil, dust, and most of the gaseous moisture by the air pre-treatment system. Clean air enters the PSA O ₂ system adsorption tower, which is equipped with a boiling stone sieve (ZMS). Most of the nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and residual moisture in the clean air are adsorbed by the boiling stone sieve, while oxygen is separated. When the impurity components adsorbed in the adsorption tower reach the set control value, the oxygen generation adsorbent of the adsorption tower is regenerated through atmospheric pressure desorption and desorption. The adsorption and separation system composed of two towers is controlled by the PLC system to achieve continuous oxygen production through cycle switching of process control valves. This oxygen production process is called the pressure swing adsorption atmospheric pressure desorption oxygen production process.
