Product principle:

The main components in the air are nitrogen and oxygen. At ambient temperature, the adsorption performance of nitrogen and oxygen in the air on zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS) is different (oxygen can pass through while nitrogen is adsorbed). Design appropriate process to separate nitrogen and oxygen to obtain oxygen. The adsorption capacity of nitrogen on zeolite molecular sieves is stronger than that of oxygen (the interaction force between nitrogen and surface ions on the molecular sieve is stronger). When air passes through the adsorption bed containing zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent under pressure, nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve. Due to less adsorption, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase and flows out of the adsorption bed, separating oxygen and nitrogen to obtain oxygen. When the molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen to saturation, stop air flow and reduce the pressure of the adsorption bed. The nitrogen adsorbed by the molecular sieve becomes resolved, and the molecular sieve is regenerated and can be reused. Two or more adsorption beds can be switched in turn to continuously produce oxygen.
